Cycling can be hazardous and wearing a helmet could save your life. Every hire includes a helmet.

You choose not to wear it at your own risk.

Our bikes are checked before hire. Our Merida hardtail bikes have disk brakes and front suspension. All hirers must examine the cycle for road worthiness and sign a disclaimer accepting they hire at their own risk.  Under 16 must been signed by a parent or guardian.  A deposit will be required.

We have OS 1:50 maps of the local area for you to borrow. We can also indicate some off road trails which you may choose to cycle at your own risk.
